This tab contains all of the options needed to set up synchronization. The available options are as follows: ID Field: This sets which of the three available fields in a contact are used to store its ID. If you select Not Used, then no ID is added to your contacts and the label recovery feature is not used when your phone book is synchronized with a client (such as Outlook or OVI). One Number Per Type: This option is used to restrict the way ContactsEx allows phone numbers to be identified. When this feature is enabled you will only be allowed to have one number assigned to any given type (General, Home, Work, Mobile, Fax, Pager, Car, or Video). When disabled, you may assign as many phone numbers per type as you desire in a single contact. One Note Per Contact: This option is used to restrict the way ContactsEx allows Text Notes to be created. When this feature is enable you are only allowed a single note per contact. When it is disabled you may assign up to 10 notes to a single contact. |
